I love leg wear. I am addicted to leggings and tights and wear them ALL the time. These are a few of my current favorites. I’d love to buy them all, but I’m trying to be responsible with my funds…so I may just end up with one of these when my tax return arrives.
Bittersweet tights by MILKBBI. I love the strawberry face and flies. Totally unique.
So much is right with this video. Meadham Kirchhoff keep blowing my mind. The color, sparkle, texture…if I were in that room I would have been brought to tears.
I was actually almost brought to tears when I found out that one of my favorite artists ever, Fafi, is coming to Gallery Nucleus in April! What makes this so much more exciting, is that fact that she’s appearing in Alhambra (down the street from my Abuelita’s house)! She’s promoting the release of her long awaited book, The Carmine Vault. I’m totally going to Fosselman’s afterwards.
Also, I’ve been playing this new Nicki Minaj track repeatedly and obsessively.
BANANA BUDDIES!!! We ran into designer Onch Movement! I just happened to be sporting my banana. It was exciting.
Mademoiselle Yulia taking the stage.
She Dj’s as good as she looks.
She kept us dancing like maniacs. Ironically, we also ran into Chubby Bunny Michelle!
I’ve been excited over this. Graphic designer/illustrator/awesome girl Rachelle Abellar illustrated me for my birthday. I love it! …and not just because it’s my face.
I’m fortunate to be surrounded by talented and creative individuals.
Japanese artist Shojono Tomo has a crazy, colorful and youthful design aesthetic. This interview by Tokyo Fashion takes a look into her studio as she discusses her works and new found fandom in the United States.
THIS IS MY DREAM COME TRUE. Tilt’s “Panic Room” at the Au Vieux Panier Hotel. The room is their canvas…so awesome and SUCH attention to detail for what, at first glance, appears to be a chaotic mess.

I really love Barbie and I really love Tumblr. I’ve been obsessively following the Bleach X Barbie collaboration on Tumblr. The London salon is known for their edgy, colorful hair designs and has teamed up with Barbie to create two weeks of head-to-toe style with a new look being revealed each day. I’m sad to see it come to an end… but, these have been my favorite looks!
Now that Unique LA has passed, (update coming soon!) I can now get all excited for the Rune Boutique party featuring 6% DokiDoki this Friday at Royal/T!
I just might be able to put the lollipops I purchased on impulse the other day to use…!
I am really looking forward to November 19. Exciting things will occur on this day: the return of Horacio from 6 weeks in Shanghai and the Sweet Streets art show along with a SPANK! pop-up shop and SPANK!/ Chubby Bunny fashion show!!!
I love Barbie. I always have…I loved playing with Barbies when I was a kid. I’d spend hours dressing her up, making her furniture, building cardboard homes-well, until I got the camp house one Christmas…
She’s fun, colorful and can really be anything you want her to be.
Thus, I am totally obsessed with Barbie comic covers! So bright and exciting! Though I don’t have any…they are definitely rad and I must acquire some. These particular covers are from the ’90s. Check out the complete volumes here: http://marvel.wikia.com/Barbie_Fashion_Vol_1
